MAINTENANCE PLANS
Your HVAC system is one of your home’s most expensive features. Homeowners need to protect their investment by ensuring that their heating and cooling system stays in good working order for as long as possible.
From priority scheduling to complimentary visits each year – you can count on years of expertise and experience to keep your family safe and comfortable.
Your Maintenance Plan will cover two visits per year. One visit will cover checking your Heat Pump/AC to be sure it’s running efficiently - keeping your home cool on those hot summer days. The 2nd visit will cover checking the Furnace/Heat Pump for the cold days of winter.
The following will be included with your plan:

Priority service over non-agreement customers (Cut in front of the line)

Discounts on parts

Inspecting and cleaning

Checking refrigerant pressures

Tightening electrical connections

Checking for proper voltage and amp draw

Oiling and greasing motors, if required

Checking and cleaning condensate drainage system within unit

Insuring that electrical controls are working properly

Cleaning either indoor or outdoor coils, as needed

Checking heating operation including ignition sequence safety controls, and pilot performance, if applicable.
